Seattle Police Department

“Dr. Stacy Cecchet has proven to be a leader and innovator in the challenging arena of wellness & resiliency within law enforcement.  While others may use the buzzwords and provide superficial services, Dr. Cecchet embeds herself into the office, patiently waits to be invited to the team, and truly understands the importance of building mutual trust and respect. The WA ICAC TF Triumph Program is successful due to her ability to meet agencies, units, and individuals where they are. The Triumph Program has been recognized as the first of its kind- a three-tiered program addressing the unique wellness and resiliency needs of the ICAC team, specifically, and law enforcement holistically. The Seattle Police Department has expanded the use of the Triumph Program to other specialty units and hopes to be able to incorporate it department wide.”
